Etagreen is one of the pioneers in Green Environmental Regeneration.​

With growing environmental consciousness, high petroleum prices and depleting fossil fuels, palm biomass such as empty fruit bunches (EFB) can be burnt in tandem with coal in existing coal fired generating plants to produce green electricity. So, while EFB is in surplus, it is also a legitimate fuel.​

Commercially, there may not be much blended fuel usage, but there is an increasing trend in more and more developed countries.​
